Return and Exchange

We do QC on all the items before sending out. Items are only eligible for return if they have reached you in a defective state. To quality for an exchange, an unboxing video is required to prove the items were defective upon arrival. This applies to glass bangles too due to it fragile nature.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the same design is available in your preferred size, we will proceed with an exchange for that design. If the same design is unavailable in your desired size, you may select an alternative design.

Due to the fragile nature of our products, returns must be made in person.

Jewellery items are delicate and may be at risk of damage during delivery if not properly packed. To ensure the safety of your purchase, we only offer exchanges that are conducted in person.

Delivery

We ship out all items via TracXLogis previously known as Qxpress for a flat rate of $6.

We take all necessary precautions to ensure your jewellery is securely packaged for delivery. Our team uses protective packaging to minimize the risk of damage during transit. If the box arrives damaged, please provide photos and videos to support your claim. This will help us initiate an inquiry with the courier company.

Delivery takes 1 to 2 working days from pickup. During peak periods such as holidays where the courier company is handling more packages, you can expect a delay.

If you need your items urgently, you can pay for the delivery first that is included in the final order. Proceed to Whatsapp us at (65) 8806 9363 to schedule a day/time to collect your order. On the day of self collection, we will refund you the delivery fees either by Cash or PayNow.

Currently, we ship to Singapore and Malaysia only via our online site ashira.sg. However, you may contact us via Whatsapp (65) 8806 9363 if you are located outside of these 2 countries in order for us to provide you with an exact shipping quote for the items you are interested in.

Order

Orders take 24 hours to be processed.

An order can be cancelled before if it is in the processing state. Order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped.

If you have chosen a wrong size after making the payment, you can contact us at (65) 8806 9363 to request to change the size. Sizes are subject to availability.

You can expect to get a refund within 1 to 2 working days.

Payment

You can pay for your order by Paynow, Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfer and Dash.

At the moment we do not provide Cash on Delivery services.

If your payment was unsuccessful, try again after a while. There could be a few possible reasons. It could be due to a network connection issue, temporary issue with the payment gateway or if you are using a credit/debit card to make the payment, there could be an issue with card. In this case, you will need to contact the bank directly.

Caring for Items

To maintain the quality and longevity of your jewellery, we recommend avoiding contact with soaps, perfumes, and other chemical products. These substances can cause damage or tarnishing over time. Please remove your jewellery before using such products to ensure it stays in excellent condition. Store the items in a protective enclosed space.

Yes, you can use Ashira Fashion to send gifts to others. Leave us a message at 8806 9363 with your Order ID.

Gift wrapping costs an additional SS2.00
